Frequently Asked Questions

Custom tumblers are made to order and typically ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Exceptions to this would be any cup with a personalization request - a custom name - or element that needs to be procured before the cup can be created. Those cups will be created and shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of all required elements. Each piece is created by hand, so timing reflects the care that goes into every order.

If you have a specific date in mind (for a gift, etc.) please mention this in your order notes and we will always do our best to accomodate you.

Please include this in the "Special Instructions" when you check out. Please note: If you request to have your tumbler created during a TikTok or Poshmark live show, your timeline may vary based on when the next scheduled show takes place. I’ll always do my best to include it as soon as possible, but live-show orders follow the show schedule rather than the standard production timeline.

Custom orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date we receive all customization details, unless you've requested your order be held to be created on a TikTok or Poshmark Live Show. Live show orders or ready-to-ship items ship within 2-3 business days to allow time for removing air bubbles, sealing, and final quality checks. Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the postal service once your order leaves my hands. Delivery timelines are outside my control after shipment, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your tumbler is on its way.

No — and that’s part of the charm. Because each tumbler is handmade, small variations in color, flow, or design placement are normal and make your cup uniquely yours.

You are not alone in feeling that way. A lot of first-time customers feel a little nervous about choosing their filling style, especially with so many fun options available.

Here’s the good news. You do not have to figure it out on your own.

If you are unsure, you can leave a note at checkout describing the vibe you are going for. For example, soft and neutral, bold and bright, beachy, moody, girly, minimal. I will personally review your order and can reach out if I have questions or suggestions before I start creating.

My goal is for you to feel excited, not stressed. Every tumbler is handmade and thoughtfully filled, and I am happy to guide you so your finished cup feels exactly right for you.

If you need to adjust something, reach out as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible — but I’ll always do my best to help when I can.

To keep your tumbler looking its best, hand washing is recommended. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, abrasives, and extreme heat or extreme temperature shifts. While tumblers are sturdy, extremem temperature changes can charge inner filling to swell or contract, leading to structural stability changes. While acrylic is more durable than glass, it is subject to cracks or leaks if dropped or subject to extreme temperature shifts.

Because custom tumblers are made specifically for you, custom orders are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged during shipping. For items arriving damaged, we will remake your cup if your selected wrap is in stock. If a replacement cannot be made, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — I want to make it right.
