Every custom tumbler may include a filler at no additional cost — fillers are optional and never required. Prefer a clean, simple cup with no filling? Totally fine!

Because every cup style and size is different, some fillers are better suited to certain tumblers. That said, your preference always matters. If you have your heart set on a specific filler, we’ll do our absolute best to make it work — and if an adjustment is needed for the best result, we’ll reach out before creating your cup.
All fillers are made using food-safe materials. While the filling does not touch the inner drinking surface of the tumbler, safety and quality are always a top priority.

Most custom tumblers are made to order and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Each piece is created by hand, so timing reflects the care that goes into every order.

Please note: If you request to have your tumbler created during a TikTok or Poshmark live show, your timeline may vary based on when the next scheduled show takes place. I’ll always do my best to include it as soon as possible, but live-show orders follow the show schedule rather than the standard production timeline.
Custom orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date we receive all customization details, unless you've requested your order be held to be created on a TikTok or Poshmark Live Show. Livve show orders or ready-to-ship items ship within 2-3 business days to allow time for removing air bubbles, sealing, and final quality checks. Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the postal service once your order leaves my hands. Delivery timelines are outside my control after shipment, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your tumbler is on its way.
No — and that’s part of the charm. Because each tumbler is handmade, small variations in color, flow, or design placement are normal and make your cup uniquely yours.
If you need to adjust something, reach out as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible — but I’ll always do my best to help when I can.
To keep your tumbler looking its best, hand washing is recommended. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, abrasives, and extreme heat.
Because custom tumblers are made specifically for you, custom orders are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged during shipping. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — I want to make it right.
Yes! Ready-to-ship tumblers are already made and will ship faster than custom orders. You’ll find these clearly marked in the shop when available.
