What is the return policy?
Because each item is handmade to individual order specifications, we are not able to accept returns unless an item is damaged in shipping. In the instance of damaged items, we will remake a replacement of your damaged item. If a replacement is not available, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Do I need to know all the creative details I want before I can order?
Not at all. Some customer prefer to give us creative license to create their cup. You can provide as much or as little detail as you'd prefer from "I want glitter filling to match my decal" to "I want glitter filling suspended in snow globe liquid. Use shades of dark blue + pink +glow in the dark glitter.
We recommend putting what you really care about in your order notes and we'll reach out with questions if needed. For example: I want dry glitter and I like pink but hate purple, etc.
You can also say "I have no idea, please do what best matches my decal and cup style" and we'll run with it!
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days from when all customization details are received. Ready-to-ship cups will ship sooner (typically 2-3 business days). We ship Mon-Fri, and sometimes on Saturday though our post office has limited hours on Saturdays.
Once the package has left our hands, we have no control over how long USPS will take to deliver it; however, most orders typically arrive within 5 business days of the date of shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are not included in the item cost above. We offer shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Options will vary based on your order destination and will be selected at checkout.
